妥彥峰
教 授,博士生導師。主要從事發酵乳制品中微生物構成與功能、發酵菌種生理代謝、益生菌功能、及菌種資源等方面的研究。圍繞發酵食品微生物和益生菌功能,主持和參與國家、省部級縱向科研項目及企業橫向項目9項,以第1作者及通訊作者發表學術論文40餘篇,發表SCI收錄論文30篇,授權發明專利5項。獲得教學獎勵、科研獎勵各3項。
