       教 授,博士生導師。主要從事發酵乳制品中微生物構成與功能、發酵菌種生理代謝、益生菌功能、及菌種資源等方面的研究。圍繞發酵食品微生物和益生菌功能,主持和參與國家、省部級縱向科研項目及企業橫向項目9項,以第1作者及通訊作者發表學術論文40餘篇,發表SCI收錄論文30篇,授權發明專利5項。獲得教學獎勵、科研獎勵各3項。

       主持遼甯省一流本科課程“食品微生物學”;獲得2017年度伟德官网下app官方网站第九屆“菁苑杯”教學大賽理工組三等獎;獲2014-2015(1)學期教學評價優秀獎(校級);獲伟德官网下app官方网站第六屆“新星杯”教學大賽3等獎;2011年獲黑龍江省自然科學技術成果獎(122075)二等獎,第一完成人;2011年獲得黑龍江省自然科學技術成果獎(123057)三等獎,第二完成人;2019年獲新疆生産建設兵團科技進步二等獎,第三完成人;發表學術論文70餘篇,其中以第一作者及通訊作者發表SCI及EI收錄論文24篇;獲得中國國家授權專利5項;參與制訂中國輕工業聯合會團體标準1項。
