研究方向

       乳品科學與技術,包括(1)功能性乳蛋白、乳肽分離技術開發與應用;(2)靶向功能性益生菌篩選及應用。


主要成果

       主持/參與科研項目多項,其中,國家項目5項,發表學術論文25篇,其中以第一作者或通訊作者發表SCI/EI收錄論文25餘篇;參與制定團體标準1項;獲遼甯省教學創新大賽二等獎1項。

       1. 國家自然基金面上項目 (32372342), “牛乳β、κ-酪蛋白肽通過腸道菌群提高機體免疫作用分子機制研究”2024. 1~2027. 12,50萬元,在研,主持;

       2. 國家重點研發計劃項目子課題 (2022YFD2101503), “基于暴露動物的免疫與消化功效評價模型建立及特征功能組分互作功效研究”2022. 11~2027,150萬元,在研,主持;
